Chef Jasnobio Fardin was born in Brazil to Italian parents and grew up on a farm where food meant connection, tradition, and care. From an early age, he learned to respect ingredients — picking herbs straight from the garden and cooking with heart, not haste. He moved to London over 20 years ago, bringing with him the flavours of his heritage and a deep love for Mediterranean cuisine.
Over the years, Jasnobio became known for his rustic, flavour-rich cooking — earning a respected position as Head Chef at the iconic Anglesea Arms in Ravenscourt Park.

We cook and deliver fresh Mediterranean-inspired meals daily, straight to your workplace — beautifully presented and full of flavour. For private events, Chef Jasnobio meets with clients personally, learning their tastes and curating a fully customised menu for their special occasion. Whether it’s a garden dinner, an elegant birthday, or a wedding celebration, our service always includes the same passion — and yes, we also provide cocktails.
