Weddings, birthdays, private dinners, gallery openings — we've cooked for them all.
Menus by Chef Jaz Fardin, designed around your day. From an intimate table of ten to a celebration of a hundred and more. Bar, staff and hire all handled for you.
Not the flowers, not the seating chart, not the speeches. What they ate, and who they ate it with.
Our event menus are the cooking Chef Jaz does every day: Mediterranean, live-fire, seasonal. We build yours around your guests, the season, and what you'd like the day to feel like.
How it works
Three steps to your table
01
Tell us the story
Send us your date, guest count and a sentence about the day you're planning. We reply the same week.
A garden lunch for twenty, a private-room dinner for forty, a bigger party at a warehouse or gallery. Menu, staff, bar and cake — all in one place.
Priced by menu and guest count
Private dinners at home
A chef's menu, delivered ready to serve at your table. Three courses plated, or a sharing menu down the middle. Front of house included if you'd like it.
We've cooked for weddings of ten and weddings of a hundred. There's no fixed maximum — tell us your number and we'll tell you whether we can do it well.
How much notice do you need?
For weddings, three to six months is ideal. For smaller events, two to three weeks. Last-minute? Ask us anyway — we often say yes.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, kosher, allergies. Tell us two weeks ahead and Chef Jaz builds a menu around your guests, not a version of the menu with things missing.
Can we provide our own drinks?
Yes. Bring your own wines, spirits, whatever you like — our team pours. Or use our bar service. Or both.
Can you help us source a venue?
Yes. We have a small list of London venues we work with often — garden spaces, warehouses, private rooms. Tell us your numbers and vibe.
Do you provide flowers or styling?
We work with a couple of florists and stylists we trust. Centrepieces, tablescapes, the works.
Do you provide staff and hire equipment?
Yes to both. Chefs, bartenders, front-of-house — as many as your event needs. Glassware, crockery and cutlery hire from suppliers we use often.
Do you cater outside London?
Our home is West London (W6) and we cover Greater London most weekends. For further afield, ask us — we usually find a way.
Tell us about your day
Send us your date, your guest count and a sentence about what you'd like. We come back with a first idea.
Fresh Mediterranean lunches delivered to your office, every day of the week.
Ten years of feeding London teams. Weekly-rotating menus, dietary needs sorted, delivery at the time your team eats. All boxes cooked from scratch that morning — no pre-packaged sadness.
Team-building isn't just off-sites and after-work drinks. A shared lunch, cooked properly, does more for morale than another all-hands. And it's hard to do that with plastic-wrapped sandwiches from the shop downstairs.
Every box on our menu is cooked from scratch that morning in Chef Jaz's kitchen. The menu rotates weekly so nobody eats the same lunch twice. Vegan, gluten-free, halal, allergies — all built into the week's menu, not tacked on as afterthoughts.

FAQ
What offices usually ask
Can we start with a trial period?
The contract minimum is three months. We start with a free tasting so you know exactly what you're signing up for. After three months, we roll month by month.
What if we need fewer boxes some days?
Ten boxes is the daily minimum. Above that, you can flex up or down day to day — just let us know by 3pm the day before.
Do you deliver outside Central London?
Right now we only deliver within Central London (zones 1 – 2). If you're in zones 3 or 4 and interested, get in touch — we're looking at expansion.
What's the delivery cut-off time?
We deliver between 11am and 1pm. You pick a 30-minute window.
How does invoicing work?
Monthly invoicing, 14-day payment terms. Bank transfer or Direct Debit through GoCardless.
What about dietary requirements?
Vegan, gluten-free, halal, allergies — all built into the weekly menu. Tell us your team's needs when we set up the contract.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Fully recyclable kraft boxes, bamboo cutlery, no single-use plastic. We can pick up used boxes if that helps your office's waste plan.
Book a tasting
Free for your team. We bring three or four boxes to your office. You decide from there.
A birthday, an anniversary, or just an intimate get-together — a menu built for the moment, delivered ready to serve.
Chef Jaz builds and cooks your menu in our kitchen the same day. We arrive at your home ready to plate, serve and clear. Front of house included if you'd like it. You spend the night at the table, not at the sink.
We arrive an hour before your guests with everything ready. Our team plates at your dining table, serves each course, and clears between them. Front of house handles the pouring and the clearing so you don't have to.
You pick the menu together beforehand with Chef Jaz. He'll suggest based on what's in season and what you've told him about your guests. Wine is on you, or we can help with that too.
Menu styles
Two ways to set the table
Plated three-course
A starter, a main, a dessert — plated at your dining table and served to your guests, course by course. The most formal option, best for anniversaries and quiet celebrations.
From £95 per person
Sharing menu
Platters set down the middle of the table, ready to serve. Big salads, warm bread, slow-cooked meats, sharing sides. More convivial, more like an Italian family lunch that stretches into the evening.
From £80 per person
Minimum 8 guests. Delivered across London.
How it works
From enquiry to dessert
01
Send the details
Date, number of guests, occasion, dietary needs, budget. A short call or email is enough to start.
02
Build the menu
Chef Jaz proposes a menu. You edit until it's exactly the meal you want to serve.
03
The evening itself
We arrive with the food, we plate, we serve, we clear. You spend the night with your guests, not in the kitchen.
FAQ
Common questions
What's the minimum number of guests?
Eight. Below that it doesn't quite work — the setup and staffing is the same for six as for twelve, so per-person cost gets steep. For a smaller table, look at our sharing platters.
Do you need our kitchen?
No. Everything is cooked in our kitchen and delivered ready to serve. We just need a bit of counter space to plate and access to your sink for glassware.
Is the food served hot?
Yes. We use insulated transport so everything arrives at temperature. For dishes that need finishing, we bring warming equipment.
Who provides wine and drinks?
You do, unless you'd like our help. We can bring a wine selection, or Chef Jaz can advise on what to pair with the menu.
Do we need front of house staff?
For a table of eight to twelve, one server is included. For bigger tables, we bring more.
What about washing up?
We take everything back with us — plates, serving dishes, cutlery, glasses if we brought them. Your kitchen looks the same as before we arrived.

Made to order for weddings, birthdays and the moments in between.
Every cake is baked to order in Chef Jaz's kitchen. No fondant, no plastic decorations — just real cake, made with butter, fresh cream and seasonal fruit. Delivered across London.
A good cake doesn't need decoration to look good. Ours are naked or lightly frosted, dressed with fresh fruit and edible flowers. The kind that tastes as good as it looks.
Order two weeks ahead so we have time to source what's in season. For weddings, six to eight weeks is better.

FAQ
Cake questions
Do you do gluten-free, vegan or dairy-free cakes?
Yes to all. Ask us for the seasonal gluten-free or vegan option — usually citrus- or fruit-forward, always properly good.
How far ahead should we order for a wedding?
Six to eight weeks is ideal. This gives us time to source ingredients, design the cake around your day and coordinate delivery with your other suppliers.
Do you deliver outside London?
Within Greater London by hand. Beyond that, ask us — for weddings we often deliver further out.
Can we design a custom flavour?
Yes. Tell us what you love and Chef Jaz will build a cake around it. Two weeks minimum notice.
Do you do cake-cutting service at events?
Included when we're catering the event. Otherwise, ask — usually possible.

Italian, born 1984. Founder and Chef of Olive & Vine.
Jaz cooks with fire, olive oil and things pulled from the ground the same week they are served.
He founded Olive & Vine in 2024 to cook that food for people across London: Mediterranean menus, live-fire techniques, portions built for sharing.
Cook simply. Cook with good ingredients. Let the fire do the work.
— Chef Jaz
The story so far
A cook, in London
1984
Born into an Italian family
Grew up in a house where cooking happened three times a day, and every meal was a reason to sit down.
London
Two decades of London kitchens
Twenty years cooking across the London restaurant scene, moving between pubs, kitchens and private events. Corporate lunch work for the last ten of those years.
2024
Olive & Vine is founded
Jaz incorporates OLIVEANDVINECATERING LTD to bring Mediterranean cooking to tables across London: weddings, private dinners, corporate lunches.

In his kitchen
What Jaz cares about
Live fire
Charcoal, wood, embers. Where he can, everything gets cooked over open flame. The taste is different, and worth the setup.
Seasonal ingredients
What's good this week. Tomatoes in August, root veg in November. He builds menus around what's ready, not what's available.
The table, generous
Enough for seconds, always. Nobody leaves a Jaz table hungry.
A moment
Tomatoes, olive oil, a wooden spoon
Cherry tomatoes blistered over open flame, still hot in the bowl. Fresh basil torn by hand. A splash of the best olive oil. Salt.
This is the food. Nothing more, nothing less.
