Born in Brazil to Italian parents, Chef Jasnobio brings over 20 years of experience in Mediterranean cuisine. From his roots on a family farm to leading the kitchen at the renowned Anglesea Arms in Ravenscourt Park, his cooking blends tradition, passion, and soul.
